Watertightness Certificate
The Watertightness Certificate is an official document that certifies that the natural gas network in a facility (e.g. residence, apartment building or commercial space) does not leak and is watertight, in accordance with technical and legal specifications.
 

What the Watertightness Certificate includes:
1. Checking with special instruments (e.g. leak detectors, manometers).
2. Measurement of pressure drop over a specified period of time.
3. Checking pipes, valves, connections and seams.
4. Compliance with the Regulation on Internal Natural Gas Installations (Government Gazette 976/2011).
5. Reference to date, location, name of technician and result of inspection.
 

Who issues it:
Only a certified licensed natural gas installer, who holds a license
from the Ministry of Environment & Energy or a corresponding body (e.g. TEE).
 

CHEMICAL CLEANING
Chemical boiler cleaning is a special procedure applied to
remove deposits of salts, rust, oxidation and other contaminants from
the interior of the heating system (boiler, pipes, radiators).
 

When is chemical cleaning necessary:

When the boiler does not perform adequately or there is uneven heating.
If there are noises from the circuit (due to trapped air or rust).
